CWorks Systems Berhad, a company specializing in CMMS is managed in Malaysia and United States by a group of maintenance and Information Technology practitioners whom between them have a total of 60 years combined maintenance and IT from both local and multinational organizations in many countries. CWorks Systems Berhad was incorporated in August 2001. We develop and market the Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software to be marketed locally and globally. To date, we have made significant market presence into the market through internet with more than half a million downloaders and over 2,400 paid user sites in over 100 countries around the world. CWorks Systems is well supported by its regional offices and partners in USA, Australia, Indonesia, UAE, Egypt, Mexico and Pakistan. Our leading international market share is the United States with 80 % of total export sales. In Malaysia, CWorks have more than 200 customers from various industries includes the Facility Management Industry, Plant Management Services, Oil and Gas, E & E Management Services, Property Management Services as well as the Government Agencies.
